enshrined, and destroied by the earthquake. Wat Phra Singh (AD 1345)where a 1,500 years old Buddha
image Fine carvings are to be found is also visitted. Drive through many different parts of the northern capital.passing residential area, handsome government buildings.
Continue to Sankampaeng and Borsarng.See Teakwood carving, Silk weaving, Silver were, Lacqure ware and Umbrella making. |

- Doi Suthep and Meo village (SG.3)
Daily:Morning 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon Afternoon 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Visit Wat Phra that Doi suthep, the most sacred temple in Chiangmai containing a holy relic of the Lord Buddha. A panoramic view of the city can be seen from here at 3,400 feet above
sea level and continue to visit MEO village (On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Phu Ping Palace is also visitted.
- An Adventure (SG.4)
Daily:Morning 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (minimum 2 Persons)
Enjoy seeing how trained elephants are used to help in logging work and then take an elephant ride, visit LISU village or enjoy ox
cart ride, lanch, view the beauty of the countryside along the Mae Ping River by bamboo raft. A Orchid Farm will also be visitted on the way back.
- The Golden Triangle (SG.5)
{One day trip} Daily: 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.(minimum 2 persons)
Leave Chiangmai in the early morning for ChiangRai by car.Visit YAO and AKHA Hilltribes. Drive through Chiangsean. After lunch
continue to the Golden Triangle and Mae Sai border.Drive back to Chiangmai. If the time is available a hot Spring is also visitted.
- Hilltribes and Chiang Dao Cave (SG.7)
Daily: 8:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.(minimum 2 persons)
Drive form Chiangmai to visit akha tribe and Lisu tribe. Then walk to karen tribe village. After that continue to Pa Long Tripe
village (women wares rattan rings around the waists). Lunch Afternoon visit Chiang Dao cave. If time available orchid farm will be visited on the way back. |
